Agility tune up for competition - Pre req: Instructor approval Must have had previous agility classes, trained on all equipent and are almost ready to enter an agility trial. This class is to get you in the ring.  We will work out the last few kinks that are holding you up and get you into the ring for the first time.

Beginner/Intermediate Agility - Contacts
Dog & handler should have experience in agility but a dog that knows basic obedience commands and can work off leash may also attend. Some will be getting ready to enter competition, others may be just wanting to work with their dog on the equipment. Class will focus on learning contacts (the Aframe, dogwalk and teeter) as well as segment training (handler learning how to get in position to successfully keep the dog on course while combining obstacles). This will help handler and dog build teamwork and coordinate negotiating small runs.

Crates required

Rally

Classes not offered every session

Rally Advanced Beginner

Rally obedience is the newest AKC sport. Dogs are worked on leash in Novice and off leash in the advanced classes. You are able to talk to your dogs while you work your way through the course. It is promoted as the next step after completing the CGC and before a team starts traditional obedience.  We will review the Rally Novice signs and begin work on the Rally Advance signs. Dogs need to have basic obedience skills. A crate is recommended so the handlers can walk the courses and work without their dog at times.

Prereq: obedience skills or instructor approval
